LG Optimus Link

LG is bringing multi-SIM and dual-SIM phones in the market, these phones include Smartphones as well as feature phones. Recently, on 2nd of February 2012, LG has unveiled a dual-SIM smartphone i.e. LG Optimus Link. This smartphone is going to be one of the standard smartphone of the market with standard configuration and mid-range price tag. Specifications and features of LG Optimus Link are enough to give a satisfying computing performance.

LG Optimus Link is also called as LG P698. If we talk about the hardware configuration of LG Optimus Link, we will find it is powered with a single core processor of 800 MHz which can give a standard and flawless performance. All of the hardware of this phone is integrated over a Qualcomm MSM7227T. Its inbuilt storage memory is around 150MB which can be expanded more up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. The system memory (RAM) of LG Optimus Link is not yet available. It must have the RAM of 378MB to 512MB. The software configuration of LG Optimus Link is supported by Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread).

The dimensions of LG Optimus Link are as 114 x 59 x 12.1 mm and it weighs around 125g. These both things are comparable to other standard smartphone of the present market. Also, it looks sleek and impressive. LG has provided 3.2 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen display in this phone. This display supports 320 x 480 pixels of resolution, and 262K colors. It also has essential sensors such as proximity sensors.

For keeping the price of LG Optimus Link in its mid-range price tag, LG has provided only a single camera in it. This rear facing camera is of 3MP which can click an image with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and record video recording of 800 x 480 pixels of resolution. As we have earlier said, it is a Dual-SIM smartphones. Both the SIM-Slots in LG Optimus Link accept only GSM SIM and this phone supports GSM 2G network spectrum. For connectivity, it has Bluetooth v3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g and microUSB 2.0. This was all about upcoming dual-SIM Android smartphone i.e. LG Optimum Link.
